Difference in Price

Excuse the ignorance but why is there such a major difference between these 2 prices?

I get some differences like Lenovo vs HP, 12GB vs 16GB,...
but overall its double :wtf:

Also seems that incredible connection, pc int and wootware all place these laptops in the R20k range
