Different Xbox's

I went to game the other day and they had one xbox for R1999, one for R2999 and one for R3999 i think and the only difference i could see was the HDD size. If this is so i would buy the one for R1999 i dont need it for media only for gaming or is there other differences e.g. in performance

Yeah but the prcie is dropping on all of those, so wait a week or 2, R1999 is now R1799, R2999=R2699,R3999=R3499.
but if you just want it for gaming then the arcade (R1799) is perfect for your needs.

Went to musica this morning, idiot in electronics department didn't even know the difference between all the models, I had to identify and direct him to the specific models from in front of the till. Shocking really...
