DIGICHILLI CAN YOU HEAR ME ????

BLIKSEM i"m upset !!!!
How useless are the idiots !!

Paid for December and Jan. Had little use of the line but fine teething problems etc. Since 4 days ago I can't log in anymore, it just says

"PAP Authentication failed "

Now i've tried the following
1) Filling in that stupid little support form on their website - TWICE !!!!
2) Called the Help DESK plus/minus at 6pm (Note Website says between 6am-10pm ON THE SUPPORT PAGE). Some unprofessional 'African-lady' answered and informed me "everybody is has gone home !" BUT she will pass on my msg and they will call me back the next day !


HAVEN"T HEARD ANYTHING FROM THESE'S IDIOTS !!!
Tried now 3 times just to contact them !!!
WAKEUP DE HELL UP !!!
 
I had similar issues - this is why I cancelled.

You didnt have to mention the race of the lady who answered the phone. I dont see the relevance of its mention.
 
I moved to Screamer end of Dec, not perfect but very useable...

There is a thread for this kind of stuff though ;)
 
O here we go @hoodrich ! I only mentioned the 'race' as you put it ! Cause when my ADSL account says "PAP Auth. Failed" I don't want to think I'm speaking to the cleaner !

did you ever once try and email dave at digichilli dot com? he will sort you out as he s the MD of DigiChilli

The thing is one should not have to contact the MD to get a problem solved. Yes they are new and are bound to have teething issues but so far as I can tell DC have had 2 months of "teething" issues with glimmers of hope every odd person. I am still waiting for DC to get their issues resolved but 2 months of paying for a service that is virtually unusable that is bordering on unacceptable...

Didnt mean to p!ss you off man (I know DC has done that already).

Try emailing daveATdigichilliDOTcom, send him a PM on mybb, and try calling the call centre a bit earlier than you did. I'm sure Dave will be more than willing to rectify the problem. He seems to be very customer-focused.
 
digichilly is a failure - it WAS US that hyped them up, even before they started

seems like they are a small 2-bit company that has no f-ing clue how ISP's or Internet Infrastructures work

Understand your frustration. But being racist won't help you at all. I'm white so don't even start...

You making a statement that if a black lady answers the phone and can't help you that she is a cleaner or acting like a cleaner.

I'm not here to argue just saying you might get into trouble. :)

he does have a good point though - They are an internet company - get some IT people in there to help and not just regular people who work there because they need some kind of a job

I find it so interesting :whistle: because nobody complained here. I presume its totally different! :whistle:

I'd just like a slightly more credible source for the info than an Afrikaans-speaking local representative.

My take the OP started his post with "Bliksem" that means he is Afrikaans and therefore thus must be "RACIST", because when? he used the nice description of "African lady" to tell in a single sentence that it most probably was the cleaner cos' the rest already left. But if he said "a not so credible Afrikaans-speaking (white) lady" That would have been Ok. What an joke!

OK! Back to Topic.
I did not even look at Chillibeans or screamers! Just signed up with SAOL.
