I have noticed a curious pehnomenon on my work's 64k Diginet line.
I have recently started to download SuSE 10, eval DVD version which is a cool 3Gb big.
I'm using Free Download Manager, and throttle the download at half the speed of the Diginet line to allow emails to still come in and go out.
Now, since I've started the download, every morning at 6:50 to 7:10 the Diginet line goes all wonky and the download stops. The download picks up at 7:15 or thereabouts once more. Free Download Manager's logs indicated that it lose connection to the server at that time.
Anybody experienced this funny issue?
On the other hand, it can be the server I'm downloading from that's having issues...
