Is there anyone else using Diginet for their VOIP traffic in PE who is experiencing call quality issues. We have been running a point-to-point 512k Diginet line since November 2011 and experienced no call quality issues (except occasionally from cell phones) up until last week.
On the 20th of January this all changed and we are experiencing very poor call quality at random. Our Voip provider told us that on the 19th of January Telkom made changes and we are not the only clients complaining. Anyone else maybe having the same issue or heard a similar story?
Internal calls are fine.
I think we are using ECN as our VOIP Carrier.
