What kind of service agreement does one have with Telkom on Diginet?
Reason for asking is that I have just waited 24 hours exactly for them to fix the Data line between two offices, and in January this year we waited 3 days. :mad:
If you pay these preposterous monthly rates, then surely you can expect/demand snappy service?
 
When I worked for Telkom you had to fix it within a day.... the fault had to be cleared within a day. Lately I've noticed Telkom take as long as they please, upto 3 days if your copper pairs were swiped by the monkey installing a phone nearby
 
One of the problems is that they use the same people to check faults on diginet lines and ADSL

Yup, our diginet line got disconnected for more than a day by an analog line techie installing a line for a neighbouring company. Our IT guy caught the techie before he left, but then the techie said he couldn't fix our line cause he only works with analog lines!
