Hoping some of the powers that be @ VC will read this...

1) Please move your online billing thing off that random emc domain and onto a https vodacom address. I'm getting enough suspicious fishing mails as is without VCs help.

2) The app tells me I'm not administrator...even though I am. Win 7 x64.

3) Please give me the option to receive non-encrypted PDF statements straight to my email. I don't use my VC phone for the clandestine spy stuff anyway.

Strange but true I have been receiving my VC Invoices/Statements in Unencrypted Adobe PDF format for more years that I can remember. Suggest you PM VC Rep "VodacomData" to assist

Mine is not encrypted. If you want PM me the number and I will have a look and see what setting it is on compared to my personal one.

I managed to finally get into the VC portal. Seems like I'm not registered for itemized billing in the first place...

edit...phone the call center. Very good service...10/10
