Plans to dissolve R3-billion IT fund in South Africa
The Department of Communications and Digital Technologies' (DCDT's) rationalisation of the Universal Service and Access Agency of South Africa (USAASA) and Universal Service and Access Fund (USAF) is awaiting cabinet approval.
This is according to communications minister Solly Malatsi, who was responding to parliamentary questions about the delays to the planned rationalisation of USAASA.
