Hi everyone,
I have a really nice position available here for a Digital Marketer who wants to work from home.
This is at a Real Estate / Mortgage Broker from Canada.

Available Role: Virtual Digital Marketer (work from home)

Salary: Between R15 000pm and R18 000pm depending on experience.
Start date: 01 March 2017

What will my main role be?

Together with the Business Owner | Principle Broker, you will help develop and implement our digital marketing strategy.
You will be responsible for a wide range of exciting tasks and projects, including: planning and executing web, email, social media and SEO campaigns, and overlook the reputation of the company and website - In-line with the overall business strategy and objectives.

Main Objective:

To continually provide the team with high quality leads. We are looking for a digital leader that can fuel sales by generating pipeline through online channels and at the same time improve our brand.

Digital Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies and to execute them.
  • (Campaigns) - Develop digital strategies to increase conversion and engagement.
  • Coordinating digital marketing campaigns with sales activities
  • Planning and implementing promotional campaigns
  • (Lead Gen) - Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results
  • Lead the planning of all SEO/SEM tactics, marketing databases, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
  • (Social Media) - Oversee the social media function within, which maintains and grows our social media channels -Primarily LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter.
  • (Content marketing) - Manage and Develop our Content Marketing Strategy in order to develop visitors and leads
  • Marketing Communications) - Monitor and report on effectiveness of digital marketing communications
  • (Reporting) Analysis of website traffic using Google Analytics
  • Analysis) of user engagement and behavior
  • Online Reputation

Education & Qualifications needed:
Relevant qualification an advantage but not an absolute requirement.

Technical Skills and Experience:

  • You will need to have a deep knowledge of all digital channels, have managed budgets and must have the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
  • You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and with senior level
    stakeholders.
  • A solid knowledge of email and website marketing will be required to support an advanced
  • marketing automation structure that includes a high degree of personalization, engagement scoring, dynamic offers/content and triggers.
  • We require someone who has experience in working with data and analytics to support pro-active campaign reviews, recommendations, testing and optimization through to delivery.
  • Strong digital marketing experience, ideally within a B2b environment.
  • Proven track record of building and implementing successful digital marketing campaignsand strategy, covering both acquisition and retention.
  • Expert at using and understanding Google Analytics and other digital reporting tools
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Most meetings takes place over video conferencing with other people from the team.
  • Self-starting and proactive with a meticulous attention to detail and strong sense of urgency.

Requirements:

You must provide the following business tools and resources at your sole cost as a minimum requirement to be able to fulfil your duties as a Digital Marketer:

  • A late model, up to date, reliable computer with back up.
  • Up to date versions of Google Chrome and Firefox Web Browsers.
  • An up to date version of Skype – Account to be provided by the Company
  • A fully functional firewall setup
  • The latest and up to date anti-virus and anti-spyware software
  • Preferably two computer monitors to be effective at your functions
  • A HD webcam and microphone
  • The latest MS Office software, including Outlook, Word, Excel
  • PDF editing software
  • Reliable internet with speed, no less than 10 MB/S
  • A dedicated office free of “non-business” background noise that might be deemed unprofessional by the Company clients, partners and participants
  • These tools and resources must be maintained by you for 100% up time during business hours.
