Does this include politicians and others?
 
The inclusion of the "control system in STB" as described is stupid.

It means that only "SA manufactured" STB will work.
This will mean that SA STB will be expensive and have limited features (eg no PVR).
Instead of just using a standard DVB-T2 tuner that's built into TV's, we now need a special SA STB.

There is also a missed opportunity to introduce competition to DSTV with CAM support.

This means the public gets the worst option.
 
So then when the old analogue signal is turned off then can we stop paying our stupid TV Licence fees considering that we cant watch it anymore?
