Overview
  • As a digital recruiter you will play an active role in one of the most important areas for our success- growing our team with top talent
  • You will be the primary point of contact for the digital unit to attract, source and recruit top talent for the digital unit by creating an exciting recruitment experience for candidates.

Requirements
  • 5 years' experience as a recruiter
  • Over 3 years' experience specifically recruiting for digital roles
  • Strong people skills
  • Strong interest in the digital world, keen to follow industry trends and savvy enough to 'talk shop' with technical people
  • Experience working in a fast-paced recruiting environment with the ability to take initiative with little direction and making quick decisions
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviews, reference checking etc.)
  • Good in administration and process management
  • Undergraduate degree in fields such as Human Resource Management, People management, Organizational Design etc.

Responsibilities
  • Establish recruiting requirements for the digital unit of Liberty
  • Build network of applicant sources from which to target future candidates
  • Work closely with the CDO and chief of staff to identify hiring priorities and build Job descriptions and personas of digital professionals.
  • Work closely with the chief of staff to design and implement overall recruiting strategies
  • Identify applicant competencies and assessment needs for varied roles
  • Proactively source talent across a multitude of platforms
  • Attract talent and help candidates understand unique value that our digital unit offers them
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, soft skills and experiences
  • Attract applicants through targeted job advertisements, relationships with universities, tech meet-ups and conferences
  • Running occasional referrals program to attract employee referrals
  • Run continual batch recruiting days for fast track recruiting
  • Improve Liberty Digital’s attractiveness by suggesting policy and practice changes
