Digital TV - Is it actually live?

Hi all,

As per title, is Digital TV actually live and working?
Know there was a thread with some members feedback a while back but the search is borked and can't find it.

Any feedback would be appreciated.

DVB-T2 is live in Cape Town. Signal still a bit patchy at times, though.
