Anyone have experience? I see a software package thats a really good deal. So just doing some DD.

Hi. I purchased a package from Digital Loot last Thursday. They accepted the payment and send me one response showing the amount paid, my account detail and that my order number will be sent. Their JHB number does not work and I have not had any communication back from then since, despite two enquires from my side.

Is it once again another scam?
 
I just received feedback from them. Apparently the link send to me is in is in my Spam folder, one that COMPLETELY blocked. Lets, see, I provided alternative email addresses and alternatives.
 
Same question but 4 years later.

Are they still legit? (hoping it's not a Raru situation)
