I have chicken veggies and rice. What to do? I wanna make a nice dinner. I am looking for easy creative ideas. Please help.

I would do some form of roast chicken (plain, spiced, marinade etc), savoury rice and whatever way you prefer the veg (steamed, roasted etc). Not very exotic I know.

There's an awesome recipe for a quick and easy chicken-burger recipe. flatten chicken breast with palm, smear with pesto, dump in breadcrums, pan-fry till done, fresh salad/veggie combo on bun

Yup yup ....... make asian type burgers and have a peanut butter sauce and then tempura the veggies. It's yummy.

You can skip the rice and make tempura veg go with an asian theme.
Or make a fragrant rice "rosti"

not with burgers lol ...but maybe that rice with grilled chicken with asian flavours ...and roast veg as well

There is also the option of making a butternut and feta pie with sesame seeds with pan fried chicken breasts in a balsamic vineger cream sauce

It's just a home-made burger, ie, not that pink slop McD's uses for their patties
