Your very very unlikely to every run out of memory - I doubt you would even touch 100MB on the Kindle with books being between 200KB - 1500KB each.

My wife is always deleting content off her Kindle as having more than 20 books on the device makes it too cumbersome to navigate the library for a book. We just load on demand.

EDIT: Get a Kobo then if your worried about memory as it has an SD slot - same screen as Kindle. You can read my comments on the Kindle vs Kobo on other threads.

Everyone is forgetting one of the most notable of the Keyboard's features: free lifetime internet! With some restrictions, of course (no downloads, no streaming, no flash etc.). But it works a treat in SA, and there's nothing like lying in bed in the evening checking out the BBC headlines, or finding out what's on at your local Ster Kinekor.

The Keyboard also does text to speech, plays MP3s and plays audiobooks. If any of the above appeal to you, then you should seriously consider the K3, otherwise known as the KK, which is still (just) a current model for Amazon. Double the storage, too, if you're thinking of dumping a shedload of books or audiofiles on the thing!

My family has most of the different models, Keyboard with 3G, Keyboard with WiFi, Non Keyboard and the new Touch. Mine is the Keyboad WiFi and I never ever use the keyboad on it, if I could I would swap for the touch.

I never use the Kindle for Internet - I have a Smartphone and a Tablet for that, and if I filled the availble memory on mine with books I would have to live another couple of decades to read through all of them.
