Direct voice Editing help

Hello , I'm looking for software that can directly edit my voice. I am using a mic and have tried a few programs but with all of them you first have to record then play back. What I mean is when I talk in the mic my voice is directly edited and played through the speakers.

Hey I just saw you are the moderator , So is it against this sites terms and conditions to ask for sites with serial keys and to ask for serial keys that other users maybe has?
