Disabling Acronis Boot Loader

I used Acronis Boot Loader some time ago, when my pc wasn't starting up properly. However, to this day, XP still starts up Acronis Boot Loader and goes to the "Boot up" screen if I don't press F6. Is there anyway to disable Acronis Boot Loader from loading up? I've read somewhere on the internet that I'd have to fix the Master Boot Record or something...would that be the correct and only path to take?

You might wanna try Start -> Run -> msconfig.

start, run type msconfig click on start-up and untick it.
