I got a Samsung S3 which turned out to be faulty. On request of Vodacom Itook it direct to Samsung. They are now waiting for parts. I am using my old S1 whilst travelling out of town. This now stopped working and Vodacom stores cant assist in a loan phone whilst i am out of town. For the amount of money I pay monthly I expect some sort of service to at least keep me on the air till i get back home. At least i have emails to sort of keep in contact.
