Dischem stock availablity

They could just poke holes in the condoms - then they have guaranteed future customers for baby wipes and nappies.

And people in long term committed relationships...

It also depends on what you are doing and for how long. Thinking that lube is not ever needed is a little naive ;)

And people who had vasectomies

And in cases where the female is on the pill or had uterus removed

And in cases where the male is sterile

And where tge dude pulls out before the explosion

The OP is an idjit. I bought condoms at a dischem on wednesday last week. Even got a two for one special.

Takealot actually has a better range IMO. I buy my sex schit from them...

These fall under "idjits" if not under "committed long term relationships"or what someone called "breeders".

Sorry - was directing that comment more towards OCP.

Condoms are more for STD prevention imo. Would still need to be in a committed long term relationship, even in those above instances.

STD prevention and birth control...

There are better ways to prevent falling preggers imo. Especially in long term relationships. Can't imagine forcing my partner to always wear condoms. The pill has become so sophisticated that it's difficult to argue against it.

But the pill is still not that reliable. I mean, firstly women sometimes forget, secondly certain drugs interact with it. Some antibiotics for instance. And, if a woman gets diarrhea, the pill will not be properly absorbed.

I think long term contraceptives like the implant or IUD are better. More reliable.

Yes yes I don't have a uterus so it isn't up to me. I just think I'd prefer something more reliable than the pill.

Choice of birth control really depends on the woman. IUDs are not always an option. IUDs are also very expensive and quite invasive.

You, if you were a woman, would prefer the IUD. Many other women don't.

Just a side note:
Also, progestin in high doses (such as the Depot injection) will cause quite a bit of weight gain.
