Disconnected by modem

I'm getting that error message when trying to connect using the Wireless modem dialler software that came with the modem.When try connect with MySignal I get the error message "The remote computer did not respond".I've tried a total shut down of the modem by taking out the battery and power cable, but still no luck.Thanks to my phone's 3G I managed to post this message.Any idea whats going on

Sorry about that last line.As i said i typed the message from a phone

One normally gets this message when the tower is down.
Check with the helpdesk.

i've been having the same problem since last night, only just now was i able to connect again, using tower 110...
