I have been disconnected since Wednesday. CellC had my billing information wrong and the debit order did not go through. No warning just disconnected me, I paid and faxed proof of payment. Went in to CellC store and they phoned and logged a query for me. They assured me it would be fixed within 24 hours - also got an sms that the query has been logged. Still waiting - tried to phone customer care but 'the system' cannot connect me to an agent - CellC is pathetic - I would never recommend anybody to go with them. No I will have to go into the store again tomorrow :-(
