Disconnections

Hi
I've formatted my laptop and did a clean install off WinXP pro last night.
Since then I've got a problem with connection.....disconnects like every 2 - 3 minutes. I phoned their helpdesk, and according to them they've had this problem since early this week. I have'nt been affected before the reinstall.
I was wondering if this problem has any connection with them starting to open up ports ?

Did you request for your ports to be forwarded?
I would recommend you download the latest drivers from Neotel website.
Please do not use the NeoConnect Manager as that causes the disconnection for me use the normal dial-up.
