Disconnects line down every few min

Anyone else having issues?
Seems the crap has started again
Every few min I am getting kicked off, router still has IP address but no internet or connection to the www.
Went through this some time ago I see its starting again

Same, which area are you in?
This used to happen all the time spent hours trying to resolve it....eventually someone sorted it out their side, I see we back to Sq 1
