Discount messages

Got my wife a S4 for valentines on MTN network.

Every time she makes a call, a "You will receive ???% discount" message comes up.

The Cell Broadcast and Push Notifications are both disabled. MTNzone seems to be off, and this is on a contract.

Any ideas?

In the dialer. A pop up with okay button to get rid of it.

I'm on an Anytime contract and I joined this just recently for the discounts.
