Discovery Card - Miles

Anyone else having this problem (well I know there are some, possibly all)...
Discovery have confirmed that use of Miles is currently not possible - it wasn't yesterday and it isn't today (for me).
I'm told by Discovery that it should be fixed in a few days.

Are they joking - a few days! Its the festive season and probably the most popular part of the year for people to use their miles.
Perhaps my expectations are too high... perhaps not.... but I expect Discovery to sort out this issue immediately as in the next hour or few?
This also isn't my first experience of slow tech/database support from Discovery. They have been irrationally slow in the past to solve problems.

The purpose of this post then is to raise awareness and hopefully get Discovery to up their game as they need to ensure reliability for their clients - and their IT game has been letting them down. Come now... click, click...

Hopefully this isn't a duplicate thread - I see a 'Discovery Vitality' but this doesn't fit under that?
