This morning I got notified that someone was trying to access my account with incorrect credentials. Now, I'm trying to login to reset the password, but the system is telling me that I do not exist on the system yet and that I must register a new account.
So I tried resetting my password telephonically, but their automated system is also experiencing technical difficulties and on top of this they "are experiencing high call volumes". Their website is also really slow.
Anyone else having any issues?
