Discovery OTP System?

Is anyone else having issues logging into Discovery today?

OTP never comes through to my phone.

- Chatted to agent via chat box, told to contact Digital Support.
- Contact digital support, requires OTP to verify, so can't even talk to an agent over the phone.

So I'm stuck in no man's land. Can't login, can't contact support.

I also didn't get OTP SMS yesterday and today. Called 0860100696 and just pressed hash when it asked for OTP.

Agent said Vodacom is rejecting the OTPs and changed my OTP to my email.
