Fibre down since yesterday. Unable to contact mweb. When calling their support line as displayed ending 0777, a voice say nobody from sales are available i must try tomorrow during working hours, then hangs up.. (I called support number not sales).
Their chat function also useless. It sends otp number. Then i type problem but agent seems to abscond.
Downloaded their app. This also useless. I log in, seems no support avalable.
Yesterday morning i logged in and selected option to downgrade from 50/50 to 50/25. A while later my line died.
I rebooted the ont box and router several times. Fibre box boots up, lights flash in sequence as normal. The green light flashes an settles on as normal. Just no internet connectivity.
Is this pathetic support attitude from Mweb typical/ to be expected nowadays? Been with them since Iafrica- early days from over 2 decades ago.
