It's been more than 2 weeks now that I keep on getting this error when trying to upgrade my old Discovery CC.

I have mailed Discovery and sent them screenshots of how to get to this point but they have not bothered to respond or assist.

Just wanted to vent about how pathetic their convoluted website has become. I pay a fortune to them every month and they cannot even have a working website.

You need to do this using the discovery bank app and not the website ?

Well, it says you should call them, not mail them.

LOL, you have clearly never tried to phone them. I don't have that much airtime to waste.
 
You need to do this using the discovery bank app and not the website ?
The previous page actually says you need to upgrade your CC and "Let's do it now". But since it's broken, I guess you might be right.
 
Their app is just as @#$&.

I was forced to join them a few months ago, due to joining a new employer. I've just resigned and am intent on leaving Discovery ASAP in the new year.

Between their useless 'site, hopeless service, woeful app and frustrating intermediaries, I cannot wait to go back to my former medical aid.

I'm about to go back to Discovery in a coupe of months, same reason ... why the F most employers stick with Discovery only is beyond me

Having said that I'm switching from being with Momentum the past 4 years and there's no discernable difference to be honest. Both websites are shyte, both provide shyte service and both refuse to pay out anything. A routine (and cheap) preventative test like cholesterol or a pap smear needs to be pre-authorized with Momentum or they simply don't pay a cent ... what in the actual F?!?

MediHelp. I was with them for probably a decade and a half, and was happy throughout.
