I would like to express my utter disgust with accelerit (and yes they are not even worthy to have their name spelt with a Capital Letter).
They are not a member of ISPA, where else would we be able to escalate our complaint as we feel this Company should be taken to task before other Consumers are frauded by them.
We have had endless problems with this disgusting company for waaaaaay to long. Problems consist of the following: No internet for days without any explanation, no service assistance, no answering on tickets lodged, no answering of calls when you phone in, not ever being able to escalate a problem to the manager, not cancelling upon our request and worst of all just an increase of 20% on our account WITHOUT any warning.
Accelerit is completely incompetent and should NOT be in business AT ALL. In a world of technology and where everything should be done electronically or by a click of a button, they sure know how to make the consumer's life a nightmare.
Hate is a very strong word, but not even strong enough when it comes to this incompetent and useless company.
Can someone please advise where we can escalate this issue (like an Ombudsman or something similar)?
