Disgusting service

I went to the mtn shop in the grove mall to get a contract for two devices. I've been there before and got my device immediately. Now there's a waiting period. To top it all there's no cellphone reception in equestria where I live. I just need the devices so that I can swop the simcard and that's what I'm waiting for now. ****** service from MTN and I won't recommend them to anyone.

24 hours have now passed. The shop is ignoring my phone calls. This is absolutely disgusting service.

You're upset because the store you went to didn't have stock of the device you wanted, and are more infuriated because it didnt maange to get new stock over a saturday afternoon and sunday?

I'd recommend some sort of stress relieving medication, and possibly try another store if it was that urgent.

They have the devices in stock. The consultant scanned it in front of me. Its been sitting at credit verification for almost two days now. They are ignoring my phone calls.
