Dislocated tendon/knuckle

Uuh so after a particularly vicious kendo session (youtube it )
I dislocated the tendon of my swearing finger on my right hand
The knuckle is completely bruised and the tendon slides off If I make a fist
Google indicates 'boxers knuckle'

What kind of doctor should I go to?
Anybody recommend a good doctor in PTA?
I am not a smart man and medical stuff confuse me so please don't flame me

Go to your general practioner or a GP, if needed they will send you to a specialist for xrays ect ect ect.

Not matter what medical issue you have always start at the bottom. Going straight to a specialist is the worst thing you can do. They often assume you have been to your GP and only look for things that concern their field, if its outside their field they either miss it or they do retarded treatments because they are not up to speed with the current times and medicines, it doesnt concern them anymore so they dont practice it.

Once during Ninja training, a mate of mine cut off my ear. Couldn't hear for a week.
