Running a 100/100 fibre at home. Decided to give Disney+ a whirl in 4K. Keeps buffering every now and again. Turns out Disney+ is not optimised much, or at least not using decent compression.
All indications are you need 25Mbps for 4K streaming. From the router traffic logs Disney+ wants about 80Mbps.

It can also be the WebOS app on the LG TV, not sure :)

How do you know what operating system your LG TV has mine is a older 3d TV but under software version it says version 4. Something Something.

Yet I cannot get the D+ app on the content store.

WebOS app is just garbage.

Apple TV plays the same thing just fine.

If you want to see bandwidth though….try Apple TV+ and something like Tiny Worlds.

It’s like streaming a Bluray.
