Disney Infinity

I've been collecting the Disney Infinity playsets and characters. So far, I've got pretty much everything locally released, as well as managed to get a few pieces from the States while a colleague was there.

They released a bunch of characters as limited crystal figures. There have been 5 so far, and it seems that they are available exclusively at certain stores locally. Now, I've managed to track down four of the five, these being Mr. Incredible (Incredible Connection), Sully (Musica), The Lone Ranger (BT Games) and Lightning McQueen (Reggies). I am still missing Jack Sparrow. Nobody seems to know which store has this one, and I've tried placed like the CNA and Look and Listen with no luck.

So the question. Does anybody know where the crystal version of Jack Sparrow can be found locally? If it's not actually available here, I'll probably hit eBay. I see there's been a second wave of crystal figures just been released, but that's a fight for another day.

I noticed these things in stores and wondered who would actually buy them. While I myself can't really assist you with finding the last figure, I have to ask... How much have you spent on this?

In the region of about R3000 so far. Apart from the game itself being quite fun, they make pretty neat display models as well. I collect all manner of figurines, so it fits nice with those.

Now, if I were to collect the Skylanders ones, that would've probably bankrupted me!

Eina! I'm not judging or anything just btw, just never heard of anybody that actually collects these so I had to ask.


Looking around on the net though, the Sparrow seems to be releasing at Toys 'R Us in the USA today, so maybe check in at your local branch?

I checked, Reggies/Toys 'R Us has the Lightning McQueen figure. So the hunt continues.

Well, for those interested, CNA has the crystal Jack Sparrow now.

Collection complete, for now at least!
