Disney plus security concerns

I'm going to keep it short.

I can't watch anything on the disney plus app except for the star shows, I'm getting a PL-1100 error. I googled the error, cleared the cache etc.

Logged in again with my account andbnow it keeps logging me into someone else's account. The person has a south african number, surname etc.

The app keeps logging me into his account.

Who can i contact as I'm unable to watch shows and i paid for the service already.

I'm having the exact same issue. And to make matters worse there is no local support to assist. Not very impressed. If I have access to someone else's account it means that other people have access to mine.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. That seems to have solved the problem. Give it a try.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. That seems to have solved the problem. Give it a try.

I did do this and that's when I started to log into someone else's account.
