Display driver stopped responding and has recovered.....

i am in need of some help as of today i have been getting this error message http://img844.imageshack.us/img844/9684/videocard.jpg could anyone explain what could cause this as far as i am aware my card has not been overclocked its a gf470 gtx

Re-install the driver/ or a newer driver? Latest version is 260.80 or something

Also lose ASUS Smart Doctor. I have the same card and that software has given me nothing but trouble
