Disposing of razor wire

A previous owner of our property put in some razor wire in places which are not really necessary and potentially dangerous, particularly to our dogs. I'm working on getting it out, carefully, with a bolt cutter, but will then need to get rid of it. I don't want the waste pickers who are key in recycling to be exposed to danger. Any ideas?

Oops I did this a few weeks back. I didn’t think of the guys going through the bin.

Local municipality dump site that accepts building waste.

Example, in Cape Town they have dedicated bays per waste type when you drop off.

Take it to a scrap metal dealer, you won't get much for it as it very light but at least it gets recycled.

bundle it, wire it up so it doesnt go crazy, then put it in a thicker type bag like a dog food bag etc and leave it out on top of the bin, the guys will take it for scrap.
