As per the attached, you are charging me a admin fee of R150.

Why would someone be so seriously stupid if I upgraded online?

I want it to be removed from the billing before the debit order run. If it should happen that it does go off, the debit order will be reversed and the correct amount will only be paid in manually after presentation of a correct statement.

I will not hesitate to stop the contract with immediate effect and without any further costs due by me.

Look carefully at the 24 month contract that was taken up by me that it was for the device, dashcam and insurance all adding up to a total of R279 per month. Not the R773, 70 that you are charging me.

You are seriously in breach of contract. After being a client for 15+ years and this is how you treat them.

This matter will be forwarded to hello HelloPeter.Com as well as the National Consumers Commission if no positive feedback is received by close of business Monday, 19 March 2018.

I can be reached on........... between 13H00 and 14H00. Any other time I will not be able to answer.
 
You know this is a forum, not vodacom support. Vodacom is not entitled to assist here.

But i hear where u coming from. Vodacom also botched my upgrade online. Took weeks to resolve
