I've recently gone through a whole mission of choosing a place to study distance.
It's kinda hard to figure out what first where but in the end I used world-university-rankings as a base line.

The first thing than stood out to me was the fact there is no information on the course content, so not really sure what you'll be learning.
Also "Note that the SAQA ID might change as a new SAQA ID might be issued." makes me think it's a relatively new offering, or it's wasn't too great.

I would say approach with caution
