I'm looking at doing a diploma or degree part time, but not sure who to use. I know people personally and that many on the forum use Unisa, but I've only heard complaints about them. However I'm not sure if a Intec or Damelin qualification is taken as seriously. (It will be a IT related qualification)

Anybody have any other recommendations/experiences?

Unisa is horrendous to work with. they closed their call centre and never reply to emails.

If you need to do something you can't do through their website, you're going to have a bad time.

True.

The folk from central admin are useless. I have more joy dealing directly with departments (environmental sciences & geography).

I have fortunately never had admin issues. The people from Life and Consumer Sciences are excellent :)

Google 'mooc"

Many good online courses, even Harvard.
