Distributing imported merchandise

If I import merchandise am I allowed to distribute it? Not removing their name?

My gut feel would be no, i would think you would need permission to be a distributor....interested to see what the answer is though.

I have tried to see on their site too get this permission but I can not find any.

Depends on your purchase agreement with the supplier/manufacturer.
If you want to sell them as second hand, then you can do whatever you want, but you have to be very public with the second hand thing.
