Diverting Calls

My boss wants me to divert all his calls from his Vodacom cell phone to his work phone.

So I phoned Vodacom, got all the details, and now I find out that you're charged to divert the call (Okay it was a bit stupid of me to think that would do it for free)

Are there any companies that can set up a system that would be able to do that? Without paying for every call you're receiving

When Vodacom diverts a call to another number then that will incur a charge as per the tarrif (in this case Vodacom - Telkom).
