Dividing a Company into different divisions

We are planning to divide a company into different divisions.
Do we need a separate BBBEE for each division?
Can we open a separate bank account for each division?
Can we use the same TAX/VAT for all divisions?
Do we use the same CIPC for all divisions?
Do we use the same Company registration for all divisions?

my advise is rather get a business anaylist to evaluate for you, having one entity trading under many branches/divisions have its advantages and problems, the same with with putting all divisions into seperate legal entitites. weigh the 2 options and go with cheapest or simpliest

Can we open a separate bank account for each division? - you can but if they are separate legal entities then you must
Can we use the same TAX/VAT for all divisions? - if its one legal entity you must
Do we use the same CIPC for all divisions? -----
Do we use the same Company registration for all divisions? - its your choice you can have one company with many branches
