Toying with the idea of milling my own flour for breads etc. No gluten intolerance so I can use wheat but where do those who do this buy theirs from?

Where did you get your mill from / which mill are you using?

I do all my own flour compositions, but obviously milling yourself is best.

Interesting I already have the second one for my beer brewing didn't realize I can just use that!

I do all my own flour compositions, but obviously milling yourself is best.
I have an industrial coffee burr grinder and 2 roller grain kill. Haven't used either for flour but that's what I was planning to use. We'll the industrial burr grinder. Can do 20kg an hour but won't do more than 1kg at a time anyway
