I need to replace some old Cat5 network cables in the trunking/power skirting on my office walls with CAT6 but the quotes that I have received makes me want to try to do it myself.

Can anyone suggest what I will need to buy (crimping tools, terminating points, etc.). I will be replacing 10 network points.
I will look around for some DIY videos but I thought let me start here first. Thanks.

I know what I need and how to do it now, but getting decent quality CAT6 (100m/200m/300m) seems to be tricky.
Everything on Takealot seems to have bad reviews about how thin or flimsy the cable is.

Where can I get decent cable for a good price please?
