Basically you set that as your live wallpaper, but there's bunch of wallpapers you can choose in the app. You can also make your own on the site. The cool part is what they call "skinlets" which are basically like widgets but are part of your wallpaper. If you really want most of them are over the top but it's easy enough to choose your own background image and put what you want on it.
