Hi guys

Is anyone here a DJ? I am trying to help a friend out with creating a quotation for a company that wants to hire him for an event. Usually he just charges a fixed amount for events, birthday parties, weddings, etc. But the company wants a quote. I tried Google but it is not helping me at all.

Just charge R300-R500 an hour which is the normal labour rate for plumbers, electricians etc.

Transport costs
Standby generator ( if required)

To be supplied by customer
Item 4
Item 5

Total costs

Upfront deposit R x
Remainder on arrival R y
