Bad news for people who need to renew their driving licence cards
Workers at the Driving Licence Card Account (DLCA) are threatening to down tools as they fight for permanent posts and full benefits at the Department of Transport (DoT) managed entity.
The workers claim that they were promised permanent employment nearly a decade ago. The DoT said it was investigating the matter but emphasised that it couldn't afford any protest action.
