sorry if i sound little stupid but where would i find that i dont see it on my settings

You should be able to find the WPA2-PSK option under the Network Authentication dropdown on the Wireless:Security page.

I haven't read the manual yet, so I can't say for sure that it will be there.

And if you select WPA-Personal, does it allow you to select WPA2-PSK in the dropdown just next to it?

Lastly, some wireless devices does not support AES, but only TKIP encryption (see the bottom dropdown).

when i put my mouse over the network card it is showing me WPA2-PSK however still not assigning an ip from the dhcp

mkay i got it to assign an IP fine now its showing internet and everything however it wont conect to any website and when i try run a diablo 2 lan whereby i am the server it wont conect to me at all. what could cause this

There are quite a few things that could cause this:
1) Check that your have a default gateway IP address on your PC's network interface, which should be the IP address of the D-Link
2) Check that you have a DNS server IP address on your PC's network interface, which should point to the IP address of the D-Link
3) Ensure that you have enabled NAT on the PPPoE connection on the D-Link
4) If all of these are correct, see if you can access www.telkom.co.za AND if you can 'ping 8.8.8.8'

mkay heres a two screenshots as you can see the address are all assigned fine but still cant access the internet

Check under Internet Options and make sure that 'Always dial my default connection' is not selected under the 'Connections' tab, and also make sure you only have 'automatically detect settings' enabled under 'Lan Settings'.

Check firewall/antivirus settings.

OK.

Now do as I said in #3 & 4 :)

Perhaps before you do #3, you can check if your DNS lookups are working by opening Command Prompt, and then running within Command Prompt: nslookup www.google.co.za
