DNA test casts doubt on executed man's guilt

What do you do with someone who kills a man in prison-the very insitution that's supposed to reabilitate him?

Ah yes, hair comparison, another dubious area of forensics.

Authorities said his getaway driver was Danny Dixon, previously convicted of shooting a girl between the eyes and burying her in a cemetery.

How is this person even on the streets?

Prosecutors also hammered on Jones' brutal past. While serving a 21-year prison sentence in Kansas, he poured a flammable liquid on his cellmate and set him on fire, killing him.

...and this person, too? How did he get out of jail after doing that to someone?

It seems SA is not the only place where convicted murderers roam the streets.

so many speculation, the guy was guilty, lets be honest.

Well he isn't the last innocent person that Bush is responsible for killing.

Even if he wasn't - pouring petrol over someone and setting them on fire justifies executing him.
What were the circumstances?

If you mean DNA testing, it's a pretty exact science AFAIK.
I meant hair comparison. And when it comes to DNA the results do not mean what jurors and judges are lead to believe it means. It can produce false positives.

Death penalty should only be an option in open and shut cases IMO
